Our studio goes into full sprint for 72 hours. Blending 3D spatial pre-visualization with rigorous 2D architectural drafting, we eliminate guesswork and translate intangible dreams into tangible visual prototypes.

We reconvene exactly on Day 4 to unveil your custom design universe. We walk you slide-by-slide through all 3 concept options, discuss the pros and cons of each, review the AutoCAD seating plan, and present a line-item quotation with zero ambiguous hidden costs.

Design is an iterative dialogue. We take your chosen concept and adjust every detail: deepening color gradients, recalibrating LED screen dimensions, swapping floral cultivars, and testing alternative furniture groupings until the vision matches your exacting expectations.

This is the critical operational gate. With every design detail locked, both parties sign off on the Master Production Document. The 40% Production Deposit is released, immediately triggering custom factory carpentry, metal truss fabrication, floral pre-orders, and vendor retainers.

Two weeks prior, our technical and logistics directors execute an on-ground site simulation. We produce a minute-by-minute operational run-of-show coordinating every crew member, supplier arrival window, sound check, and protocol cue. On event day, our team manages live execution with zero stress for you.
